Return Policy

ColorKey offers risk-free returns for nearly all items. Items purchased from colorkeyled.com may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

If the item is damaged or defective, we will issue you a prepaid shipping label. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.

If the item arrived damaged, please take a photo of the item and the box. We will request the images when you contact us.

Shipping instructions will be included with your return authorization.

Once your return is received at our warehouse, please allow 10 business days for us to process the return. During this time, we’ll inspect the item to make sure it was returned in like-new condition. If the item is not in like-new condition, missing a box or accessories, or is otherwise unfit for resale, a restocking fee of 15% will be charged.

If you were charged for shipping when you placed your order, because the order did not qualify for free shipping, that shipping charge is not refundable. Your refund will be for the total cost of the products that you purchased, plus any tax if applicable.

International Returns

ColorKey is not responsible for duties or taxes for returned international shipments.
