The ColorKey Air Series is an ecosystem of wireless, battery-powered uplighting fixtures with a smart control hub, and an app for iPhone and iPad.

Setting up the Air Series is as easy as turning them on and positioning them around the room. They can be used in a variety of configurations, with or without the smart hub. Without a hub, fixtures connect to each other automatically when set to same wireless group. Mix and match master/slave fixtures across entire range. Use any fixture as master to control all fixtures in the range. Use the included IR remote to run auto programs and fades, turn on sound active mode, or set colors manually. Create up to 16 wireless groups, each with an unlimited number of fixtures.

All Air Series fixtures boast a battery life of up to 20 hours on a single color.

Use AirHub DMX for More Control Options

The AirHub DMX is a battery-powered, WiFi-enabled smart hub. It automatically takes over control when connected, so you don’t have to worry about master/slave settings on all the fixtures. To connect the AirHub, simply set the hub and fixtures to the same wireless group.

The AirHub DMX enables you to connect your fixtures to any DMX controller. For controllers without wireless transmitters, it features 3-pin DMX in/out connectors to integrate into your existing DMX chain. The hub will connect wirelessly to the Air Series fixtures, which can then be addressed, and controlled via the DMX controller.

You can also use two AirHubs to add wireless connections within your existing DMX chain. If your wired fixtures are too far from the controller, or need to be setup in another room, you can use one AirHub connected to your controller, and another AirHub connected to the first fixture in your chain. The first AirHub will act as a transmitter, sending the signal to the second AirHub, which will act as a receiver to pass the DMX data to the fixtures. This enables you to create a hybrid setup – turning your traditional wired fixtures into wireless fixtures, while also controlling the Air Series wirelessly.
