ColorKey at MEX 2026 — Wireless Lighting for the Modern Mobile DJ

From February 17–19, 2026, ColorKey exhibited at the Mobile Entertainment Expo (MEX) held at the South Point Hotel & Casino. The annual event brings together DJs from across the country for several days of education, networking, and hands-on exploration of the latest gear shaping the mobile DJ industry.

At this year’s show, ColorKey presented a range of fully wireless, battery-powered DJ lighting solutions designed for mobile DJs and event professionals who want powerful lighting with minimal setup time.

Visitors to the ColorKey booth experienced several of the brand’s latest offerings, including:

MobilePar Mini HEX 4 MKII – A compact battery-powered uplight for DJs and event lighting, delivering vibrant color output in a small, flexible form factor.

MobilePar Pro HEX 6 – A high-output wireless uplight designed for larger venues and professional event environments.

PartyBar Mobile 100 EL – A compact all-in-one wireless lighting system that makes creating a complete DJ light show quick and simple.

PartyBar Mobile 500 EL – A high-output all-in-one wireless lighting system that delivers bigger lighting looks while maintaining the convenience of a portable setup.

Mobile Spot 50 – A compact yet powerful battery-powered moving head DJ light that adds motion and energy to mobile DJ performances.

Together, these products demonstrated how modern DJs can achieve professional lighting results using wireless DJ lighting systems—eliminating cables and reducing setup time for weddings, parties, and live events.

Built by DJs, for DJs

A highlight of the ColorKey booth was the opportunity for attendees to connect directly with the ColorKey team. Many of the staff present are working DJs themselves, giving them real-world insight into the needs and challenges of mobile entertainers.

Throughout the show, the team demonstrated products, answered technical questions, and helped DJs explore how battery-powered DJ lighting can simplify setups while still delivering impactful visual experiences.
