Announcing ColorKey Custom Ordering
ColorKey is now custom manufacturing lights to your specs. In an effort to reduce the costs of warehousing and maintenance and to provide just the right light for your project, we are now able to order from a large catalog of units compiled from qualified, quality manufacturers. Rather than stocking hundreds of units with various specs in a large spacious warehouse, we have chosen to save the cost of maintaining such a facility by making the units to order. 

For example, ColorKey regularly stocks 1 watt LED Par 64’s with dual yokes and without gel frame holders, seen here. But, you need a 1 watt LED Par 16 to fit into a small space and you need it with a short yoke and a gel frame holder for diffusion. ColorKey can custom manufacture the 1 watt Par 16 with your requirements and deliver them to your location in 6 to 8 weeks.

Placing an order
The process is simple.

• Directly  - You can contact us directly, tell us what you are looking for and we’ll let you know if it is something we can produce. 

• By Catalog - You can download a catalog of items that are available here. If you find the item you are looking for you can call us to place an order or send us the attached order form. 

• Online - You can go to LED Pro Connection and choose from the ColorKey Custom units posted there for purchasing. The units can be customized and ordered directly from the site. 

Payment
Custom orders are simply treated like backordered products. Payment in full is made up front via credit card, check or wire transfer before the items are manufactured. 

Delivery Time
Delivery times for most orders are 6 to 8 weeks. It is possible to have items delivered sooner, but additional shipping costs may apply, please contact us for a rush delivery quote.

Minimum Orders
The minimum quantity for most orders is 40 units unless otherwise noted.

Quantity Discounts
We do offer discounts for large orders on most items.

Guaranty
ColorKey covers all custom ordered products with a 1 year warranty that can be read here. We also guaranty your items will arrive correct, as you ordered them and of course intact.
